Required products :
4 cups spinach
1 lettuce
1 cucumber
1 stalk of celery
1 apple
2 cm fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
5 drops of stevia syrup
Method of preparation :
Squeeze the juice from the spinach, cucumber and lettuce using a juicer. Then increase the speed of the appliance and squeeze the apple, ginger and celery. Mix the two liquids, add a few drops of stevia, pour the drink into suitable glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
