Learn how to cook "Cinnamon rolls stuffed with pears and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

for the dough:

  • 475 grams of flour
  • 20 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 broken egg

for the stuffing:

  • 20 grams of butter, soft
  • 60 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pear, cut into cubes
  • 100 grams of crushed walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jelly

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour with 1 tablespoon of salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center where you pour the sugar and yeast.

Melt the butter in a saucepan together with the milk and pour over the flour. Add the egg and mix the dough with a spoon. Cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.

Roll out a bowl and transfer the dough to it, where it rises for 2-3 hours until it doubles.

Grease a round pan.

Roll out the dough into a large rectangle.

Spread it with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, pear and walnuts. Roll into a roll, cut the uneven edges, and cut the rest into 8 pieces. Arrange 7 at the edges in the tray and place one in the middle.

Again, leave the dough to rise until it doubles - about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Bake the rolls for 25 minutes.

Melt the jelly in a pan with 1 tablespoon of water and spread on the cake.

Serve the cinnamon rolls warm.
