Required products :

  • 6 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch - natural
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 small bunch of green onions, finely chopped
  • pepper

Method of preparation :

Heat the broth and add the ginger, 1 teaspoon of salt and half a pepper. Bring the liquid to a boil.

Mix the soy sauce with the starch and pour into the broth. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the soup begins to thicken slightly.

Remove the soup from the heat.

Mix the eggs with the sesame oil and half a spoon of salt. Slowly pour the eggs into the hot broth, stirring constantly.

Season to taste, pour into bowls and sprinkle with green onions for freshness.

By adding meat to the broth, you can also prepare meat soup, following the other steps after the meat is cooked.
