Required products :

  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut tea a little
  • 1/2 teaspoon white crystal sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (or 1/4 cup honey)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon flour

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, beat the cow and peanut butter for 30 seconds on high. Add the two types of sugar (respectively honey, if you use one) and the leavening agents. Beat until combined. Add the eggs and vanilla, after mixing the products start adding flour. Add as much as you can mix with the mixer, then mix with the rest of the flour by hand.

If the dough seems very sticky, wrap in foil and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Then form small balls of it, which roll in sugar crystals. Place them on a shallow baking tray lined with baking paper. Press them with a fork (crosswise) to flatten and get a pattern on them.

Bake for 7-9 minutes at 165 degrees (preheat the oven).

Remove them immediately after baking from the pan and leave on a wire rack to cool. From the specified amount you should receive about 36 cookies.
