Pour the fat into a saucepan and heat it. Fry the carrots and put the minced meat in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, cumin and onion. Stir and shape into meatballs.
Fry them too, add the peas, red pepper and pour the water. Reduce the heat and cook the soup over low heat for 40 minutes.
When ready, distribute in bowls, garnish with lemon juice and a sprig of fresh oregano. Serve and eat with pleasure.
