Required products :
- slice of watermelon, cleaned of seeds and peel
- 750 milliliters of chilled vodka
- carbonated water or lemonade to serve
- lemon slices
- mint leaves
- ice cubes
Method of preparation :
Beat the watermelon with a food processor, then strain and mix the juice with the vodka. Store the liquid in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
When cool, fill 1/4 of the volume of tall glasses with it and top up with sparkling water or lemonade.
Serve the drink with ice cubes, mint leaves and lemon slices.
