Required products :

  • 16 thin slices of cucumber + several for garnish (you can also cut them into strips)
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 150 milliliters of gin
  • 50 milliliters of peach schnapps
  • the juice of 1 lime
  • 800 milliliters of apple juice, chilled
  • 1 chopped peach

Method of preparation :

Put the cucumber and mint in a large bowl, pour a little gin and grind with a spoon or wooden spatula to relax the juices and aromas of vegetables and spices.

Add the remaining gin, schnapps, apple and lime juices. Stir and put in a bottle. Refrigerate for 1 day before serving.

When serving, add thin slices of cucumber, peach and a few mint leaves to the cocktail.
