Necessary products:
2 cups strong freshly brewed coffee
60 ml coffee liqueur of choice
60 ml of dark rum
50 g cream with a fat content of 30%
1 tsp powdered sugar
grated nutmeg (chocolate) - to taste
Method of preparation:
The cream should be cold. Beat it with powdered sugar. Pour into suitable glasses 30 ml of rum and liqueur. Then boil the coffee and cool it. Add it to the cups. Top with whipped cream with sugar, sprinkle with grated chocolate or nutmeg.
This drink tones and improves mood, and warms in winter.
