Necessary products:

 

  • 150 grams of fresh coconut pieces
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 80 grams of cold butter
  • 2 and 1/2 teaspoons plain flour
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

 

for the glaze:

 

  • 80 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • red sugar or coconut shavings
  • 1/2 cup raspberry topping without seeds

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the pieces of coconut and sugar in the bowl of a food processor, grind them. In another bowl, mix the butter and flour until crumbly. Add the coconut mixture, eggs and vanilla. Knead, roll out a dough 3 millimeters thick and cut out heart-shaped shapes, and with the help of smaller ones remove the middle of the sweets. Arrange the whole and cut parts in an oiled pan, bake at 190 degrees for 7-10 minutes and leave to cool.
Mix the powdered sugar, water, vanilla, glaze the cookies with the cut part and sprinkle with colored sugar or sawdust. Coat the remaining hearts with the topping and glue the two types. Serve and enjoy!
