Necessary products:

 

  • 50 grams of raw porridge
  • 80 grams of coconut cream
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • a few fresh blueberries for decoration
  • 1 ampoule of lavender essence

 

Method of preparation:

 

Soak the cashews in water for two hours. Drain and put the nuts in a blender, along with the bananas and blueberries.

Beat and add the coconut cream and lavender essence. Mash again and distribute the resulting mixture in a bowl. Cool, garnish with blueberries and serve.
