Necessary products:
- 125 grams of white chocolate
- 1/4 tea cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut rum
- 6 tablespoons coconut shavings
- a handful of roasted hazelnuts
- 1 tea cup toasted coconut shavings for decoration
Method of preparation:
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and cool. Add the coconut cream, butter, rum and sawdust. Stir and cool for 10 minutes. Take a tablespoon of the mixture, add hazelnuts and form a ball. Make all the candies the same way and roll in the toasted sawdust. Arrange in a suitable container and serve.
