Method of preparation :
Heat the puree together with the honey, add the melted chocolate and blend until smooth. Then add the coconut shavings and stir.
Pour the resulting combination into a flat container, cover with plastic wrap and leave for a day. Then shape the candies by scooping with a teaspoon. Each of the balls should weigh about 15 grams.
Melt the white chocolate intended for the coating and dip the candies in it. Roll them in coconut flakes and the truffles are ready.
Store them in the refrigerator, if you need to store at all :)
