Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of cod fillet
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons milk mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • black pepper to taste
  • 4-5 boiled pretzels
  • 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • a few slices of lemon

 

Method of preparation:


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Dry the fillets with kitchen paper, mix the mayonnaise with the mustard and spread them on all sides.

 

Sprinkle with some dill and pepper to taste. In a blender, grind the pretzels and beat the fish in the resulting mixture.

 

Repeat the procedure once more and arrange the fish in a tray covered with a sheet of parchment. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes. Serve the fillets warm, garnished with lemon slices.
