Learn how to cook "Coffee pudding with liqueur and chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1,750 liters of fresh milk
1/4 teaspoon liquid cream (with 10-12% fat content)
1 tablespoon granulated coffee (soluble)
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur type Kalua
1/2 teaspoon sugar (best to be brown)
1 tbsp spoon of starch (corn)
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons chocolate shavings

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil.

In a bowl, mix the sugar with the starch, coffee and salt.

In another bowl, combine the yolks with the cream. Gradually add to the dry ingredients, stirring.

Then pour half of the hot milk into the resulting cream (do not stop stirring).

Finally, pour the mixture into the saucepan with the remaining milk and bring to a boil.

Once this is done, reduce the heat and cook the pudding for about a minute (until thickened), stirring.

When you remove the pan from the heat, add the liqueur and butter to the dessert. Stir again.

Put the saucepan with the cream in a large bowl of ice water and let the pudding stand in it for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then transfer it to a suitable container, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator to cool.

When removed, distribute in dessert bowls, sprinkle with grated chocolate and enjoy the taste.

Enjoy your meal!
