Learn how to cook "Coffee syrup with cognac (for sponge cakes)". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 teaspoon water
1 tablespoon cognac
2 tablespoons ground coffee
1 teaspoon sugar
Method of preparation :
Pour the sugar into a suitable container and pour 1/2 teaspoon of water. Heat until the sweet crystals melt. Then bring the mixture to a boil.
Boil the coffee in the remaining water. Leave for 15-20 minutes and strain. Then pour in the syrup, add the cognac and mix everything thoroughly.
When the liquid has cooled, you can syrup the sponge cakes.
