Required products :

200 grams of butter, shortbread or biscuits

600 grams of condensed milk

50 grams of dark chocolate

50 - 60 grams of prunes

50 grams of walnuts or other nuts of your choice

For the cream :

300 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 20%

100 milliliters of fresh milk

5 grams of gelatin

8 tablespoons powdered sugar

4 tablespoons powdered sugar

50 grams of dark chocolate

vanillin on the tip of a knife

Method of preparation :

Break the biscuits into random small pieces, grind or crush the walnuts, prunes cut, chocolate is also good to cut into small pieces. Mix all these products, add the condensed milk and mix well with a fork until a homogeneous mixture.

Put gelatin in the milk and wait about 10 minutes for it to swell. Put on the stove and when it boils, remove from the heat and let cool slightly.

Whip the cream with the powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla and grated chocolate. Add the milk with gelatin and stir.

Cover the bottom of the form (diameter 23 - 24 cm) with baking paper, pour the mixture of biscuits with condensed milk and press well, spread the cream on top and put the cake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

When removed, place in a suitable container and decorate as desired.
