Required products :

1 yolk (egg to be fresh)

100 milliliters of strong tea

50 milliliters of cognac

1 lemon

150 milliliters of red wine

cinnamon and powdered sugar to taste

3 cloves

 

Method of preparation :

First, brew the tea without straining it and while it is still warm, add the cinnamon and cloves. Once completely cooled, strain. Pour the wine and cognac into the resulting aromatic liquid and immediately add the well-beaten yolk with the powdered sugar.

The result is a drink with an interesting hue, slightly cloudy.

Squeeze the lemon juice, pour it into the punch. You can also add a few citrus rings if you wish.

Cool and serve.
