Necessary products:

  • 10 cloves
  • 8 sachets of herbal tea
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • peel of a quarter lemon
  • lemon slices
  • sugar to taste
  • ice

Method of preparation:

Take a small piece of gauze and put lemon peel and spices in it. Wrap them in it and tie tightly. Pour 8 teaspoons of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the tea packets and the "bag" of spices. Remove the pan from the heat, close with a lid and let the tea brew for 10 minutes. Then remove the "packet" of spices, add sugar to taste and stir vigorously until it dissolves completely. Close the container again and store the tea in the refrigerator for two hours.

Before serving, put ice and lemon slices in suitable glasses and then pour the drink.
