How To Cook Cold Pumpkin Dessert With Pieces Of Kiwi And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cold pumpkin dessert with pieces of kiwi and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 kg of pumpkin

sugar to taste

walnuts to taste

ground cinnamon to taste

fresh fruit and jam of your choice - in this case kiwi and strawberry jam

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and cook until tender.

While still hot, pass through a sieve or beat with a blender and allow to cool.

Add sugar, cinnamon and walnuts to taste to the resulting puree. You can crush the nuts or cut them into large pieces.

Pour half of the combination into a suitable deep bowl and flatten the surface, followed by jam or pieces of fruit and the remaining pumpkin. You can put all the pumpkin in the bowl, arrange the fruits and nuts on top, pressing them lightly to sink into the base. A matter of imagination.

You can sprinkle the dessert with crushed walnuts.

Refrigerate overnight, then remove, cut into pieces, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
