Necessary products:

500 - 600 grams of flour

300 milliliters of water or milk

50 milliliters of oil

40 grams of may

2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons red beet juice

2 tablespoons carrot juice

2 tablespoons spinach juice

1 tablespoon sugar

Method of preparation:

First, prepare the "paints" for coloring the dough. To make green, use spinach and parsley, for orange - carrot (you can add a little turmeric, if you have), for pink - red beets. Then mix in a bowl 2 tablespoons of flour (topped), a little sugar, pour the yeast with 1/3 of the milk (warm) and cover the mixture with a towel for 15 minutes. When it rises, pour in the flour in which you put the salt, add the milk. Knead the dough, knead thoroughly and divide into 4 parts. Leave one white, and the other 3 color with the prepared paints. To do this, mix the dough with the colorant and knead each colored ball for 3-5 minutes to distribute the color evenly. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise (for about an hour). When the volume increases 3 times, roll out each color separately. The layers should be the length of the tray. Arrange them on top of each other in it, grease with oil and roll. Leave for 40-60 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the bread for 20 minutes. To prevent the top from burning, cover with foil or baking paper. When baked, cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes. Then take it out of the mold and have fun!
