Necessary products:

  • 700 grams of red potatoes
  • 400 grams of peas and carrots mix of canned
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 raw green or red pepper
  • 1/2 teacup chopped celery
  • 1/4 onion
  • 2-3 sausage sticks, cut into circles
  • 4-5 sprigs of chopped parsley or coriander

 

for salsa:

  • 225 grams of natural cream cheese
  • 6 teaspoons mayonnaise (milk)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic
  • 20 milliliters of chicken broth salt and pepper

 

Preparation:

Wash, cut the potatoes into cubes, and boil them in salted water. The strain put in a bowl and add peas, carrots, finely chopped eggs, peppers, celery, onions.
