Required products :

  • 1/2 cup butter + more for spreading
  • 2/3 tea cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup of corn and white flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter in a pan. Remove from the heat and add the sugar. Stir and quickly add the eggs, stirring constantly.

Add the baking powder to the buttermilk and pour into the pan with the other products.

Mix and salt the two types of flour, pour them into the liquid ingredients in the pan.

Once the dough is uniform, pour it into a greased pan with a diameter of 16 centimeters.

Bake at 175 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until dry.
