Necessary products
For the pancakes:
250 grams of corn flour (or wholemeal)
200 milliliters of cold milk
1 teaspoon of water
3 eggs a
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the stuffing:
250 grams of broccoli
1 egg
2 cloves garlic
30 milliliters of milk
100 grams of yellow cheese or cottage cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Method of preparation :
Beat the eggs, add water, milk, salt, olive oil and corn flour. Mix all products well and let the dough stand for about 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the filling. Boil the broccoli and chop finely. Heat olive oil and fry the garlic in it. Then add the broccoli, pour the milk, beaten egg, grated cheese or cottage cheese. Stir, you should get a creamy consistency.
Bake golden pancakes from the dough. While still warm, put in each of the stuffing and roll into a roll. You can sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake until an appetizing crust forms.
