Required products :

1/2 teaspoon porridge
3 tablespoons flour
200 grams canned corn
150 grams bacon
1 egg
3 sprigs rosemary
1 teaspoon milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Mix the corn kernels with the porridge, flour, egg, add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

 

Mix everything. Then add the leavening agent, pour in the milk and knead the dough.

 

Heat olive oil in a pan and bake small pancakes. Remove the finished on paper to drain excess fat.


Cut the bacon into thin long pieces.


Bake them in a separate pan on both sides until golden, adding the rosemary stalks.


Put the pancakes in a suitable plate, sprinkle with maple syrup and serve with baked bacon.
