Necessary products:

 

  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt to your taste
  • 3/4 tea cups of fresh milk
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tea cup fresh corn

 

for garnish

 

  • 1 egg
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • corn kernels for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Add the leavening agent and salt to the flour. Stir, and in another bowl combine the milk and egg. Beat and add the corn. Combine the mixtures and make a thick dough.

Heat olive oil in a pan, scoop out the mixture with a ladle and bake the pancakes. Do everything the same way.

In the remaining fat, fry an egg, garnish the pancakes and garnish with fresh parsley and corn kernels. Serve and enjoy the taste.
