Required products :
400 grams of corn flour
1 large tomato
150 grams of grated or chopped mozzarella
water in a ratio of 1: 3
4 strips of bacon
parsley and salt to taste
Preparation :
Pour the water into a suitable container and place on the stove to boil. When this happens, add the cornflour and boil the porridge. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring during this time. Add the grated cheese to it and stir. Add the diced tomatoes, bacon and green spices of your choice. Stir again.
The dish is ready to serve.
