How To Cook Corsair Biscuit Cake With Butter-Egg Cream, Coconut And Coffee - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Corsair biscuit cake with butter-egg cream, coconut and coffee". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

plain biscuits (or other suitable of your choice)
4 egg yolks
125 grams butter
250 grams sugar
cup brewed strong coffee
coconut shavings
crushed biscuits for sprinkling
nuts of choice for decoration

Method of preparation :

Beat the yolks with the sugar and butter until you get an air cream.
Dip each biscuit in the coffee and arrange, covering the bottom of a suitable tray. Apply part of the cream on the layer, then again a row of biscuits, cream and so on until the products run out.
Finish with cream, sprinkle with coconut shavings and crushed biscuits. Decorate the finished dessert with nuts of your choice and let the cake stand for a while before serving.
