Required products (6-8 servings):
400 grams of cottage cheese
3 eggs
100 grams of spinach
100 ml of fresh milk
2 tbsp starch
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp dried basil, mint, marjoram, cumin, salt
4 grains of black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
50 grams of butter
Method of preparation:
Prepare ceramic bowls, cover the bottom with baking paper, grease with olive oil. Wash the spinach and dry it. Cut the onion into semicircles and fry it together with the chopped garlic in olive oil until golden. Add the spinach (also chopped), butter and stew for 1 minute. Mash the curd with the yolks until smooth. Then add the milk, starch, salt, freshly ground black pepper and stir. Beat the egg whites to a froth with a mixer. Add the stewed onion with spinach, dry spices, cumin to the curd cream. Carefully add the beaten egg whites, stirring gently from top to bottom. Carefully distribute the resulting mass in the molds and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
When baked, carefully remove from the tins, remove the paper and serve with cream.
