How To Cook Cottage Cheese Cakes With Vanilla And Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Required products :

250 grams of flour
250 grams of skim cottage cheese
2 eggs
3 full tablespoons granulated sugar
1 packet baking powder
vanilla to taste a
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons fresh milk to spread on bread

powdered sugar for sprinkling

About 10 loaves of dough are prepared from the indicated products.


Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with a wire for this purpose. Add a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder.
Mix the prepared products, add the curd, kneading the dough. It should be soft and slightly sticky.
Grease a suitable baking dish with oil or cover the bottom with parchment.
Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

With wet hands, form round loaves, arrange them in the dish and place in the oven for 12 minutes. Then smear their surface with fresh milk and return to bake (for another 3 minutes).

You can submit with powdered sugar.
