Necessary products :
1 tea cup of cocoa

  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (or liquid vanilla)
  • 2 teaspoons white wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar

Method of preparation :

In a bowl, mix the cocoa, granulated sugar and oil. With constant stirring, add the eggs one by one, finally add the vanilla. Sift the flour into the bowl together with the salt and baking powder.

Cool the dough covered for 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Cut the dough into small pieces and make into balls. Roll each in powdered sugar and place in the pan. Leave enough space between the sweets!

Bake them for 10-12 minutes, then immediately remove them from the pan to cool completely.
