Required products :

  • 400 grams of wheat flour
  • 250 grams of butter
  • 500 grams of cottage cheese
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 350 grams of sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons starch
  • 100 grams of sour cream

 

Method of preparation :

Mash the softened butter with a fork, add 150 grams of sugar and knead again, stirring.

 

Mix the cocoa and flour, then combine with the sweet butter and grind the products to obtain crumbs. Spread half of them on the bottom of a sheet covered with a sheet of parchment.

  

Pour the remaining sugar, including the vanilla sugar, over the curd. Add the eggs, cream and beat with a blender until smooth. Finally, add the starch.

 

Spread the filling evenly over the chocolate base.

 

Cover the cream with the remaining crumbs.

 

Bake the dessert for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
