Required products :
1 teaspoon sugar
100 grams flour
250 grams sour cream with a fat content of 20%
200 grams pitted prunes
50 grams grated chocolate
10 grams gelatin
3 eggs
2 tablespoons potato starch
1 teaspoon baking powder
250 grams soft curd
Method of preparation :
Pour gelatin with 1/4 tea cup of cold water. Put the prunes in a bowl and pour 1/2 teaspoon of warm water.
Beat the eggs with half the sugar, add the flour sifted with baking powder and starch, mix thoroughly and pour the dough into a suitable round shape. Bake the marshmallows in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes, then allow to cool without removing from the pan.
Cut the prunes into small pieces, strain the water in which they stayed and pour it into the bowl with gelatin. Place it in a water bath and heat the gelatin until it is completely dissolved.
Beat the cream and cottage cheese with the remaining sugar, add the gelatin and fruit, mix and spread the resulting cream on the finished cooled pan.
Remove the cake from the pan and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
