Learn how to cook "Caramel cream with coffee and chocolate bars". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

3 tablespoons ground natural coffee

600 milliliters of fresh milk

60 grams of powdered sugar

4 eggs + 4 yolks

For caramel:

150 grams of powdered sugar

4 tablespoons water

lemon juice (a few drops)

Method of preparation :

Make caramel. Use a thick-bottomed saucepan. Pour the powdered sugar in it, pour the water and put a few drops of lemon juice.

Put the pan on low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then increase the temperature and let the syrup boil until golden. Be careful not to burn the caramel, as it will become bitter.

Distribute the hot caramel in suitable bowls / molds and start making the cream. Bring the milk to a boil, add the ground coffee, wait about 5 minutes and strain.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs + yolks together with the sugar until white foam is obtained. Add the slightly cooled milk with coffee to it and stir vigorously. Pour into bowls (fill 2/3 of their volume) and arrange them in a tray. Pour water into it, the level of the liquid to reach the middle of the molds.

Place in a preheated 160 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes.

Leave the finished caramel cream to cool a bit and put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Then turn the dessert on suitable plates (using a knife to separate the cream from the bowls) and decorate with chocolate bars, coffee beans, powdered sugar or your choice.

Enjoy!
