Learn how to cook "Caramel cream with lemon peel and cinnamon". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
250 milliliters of fresh milk
250 milliliters of cream
3 eggs (maybe 1 egg + 2 yolks)
9 tablespoons sugar (4 for cream and 5 for caramel)
vanilla sugar or vanilla essence
lemon or orange peel
cinnamon stick
may also be lavender or another preferred flavor
Method of preparation :
Mix 5 tablespoons of sugar with 1 tablespoon of water in a suitable container, place on the stove. When the mixture acquires a light brownish color, remove from the heat. It is important not to hold for too long so as not to burn out.
Beat the eggs, trying not to form foam. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla flavor.
Pour the milk and cream into a suitable container, put the citrus peels, cinnamon or lavender. Place on the hob, heat the mixture and stir until the sugar has melted. It is not necessary for the milk to boil, just to heat it well.
Then pour it over the eggs, stirring constantly and trying not to form foam. The milk should not be hot either, because the eggs will cross.
Strain the resulting combination and distribute it in molds that you have previously greased with oil and on the bottom of which you put the caramel.
Cover the dishes tightly with foil and arrange them in a deep pan in which you pour hot water (its level should cover about 2/3 of the height of the bowls).
Put the dessert in the oven and let it cook for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. It is important that the water in the pan is on the verge of boiling, but not boiling.
Wait for the finished caramel cream to cool and then remove the foil.
Decorate of your choice and submit.
