How To Cook Cream Cheese With Garlic, Butter And Herbs - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 120 grams of butter
  • 1 finely grated clove of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, basil, thyme and dill
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh and finely chopped
  • kosher salt

 

Method of preparation :

In a suitable sized bowl, mix the butter and cream cheese, which should be at room temperature. You can do this with a spoon or using a mixer. Then add the grated garlic, dried herbs and fresh parsley. Stir, add salt and transfer the mixture to a clay or airtight container.

Refrigerate for at least a few hours (preferably overnight).

Do not serve the cream cold, it should be at room temperature, so take it out of the fridge for a while before eating.

You can spread the fragrant cheese on the baguette, crackers, rusks or just on fresh bread.
