Necessary products:
350 grams of cauliflower
2 carrots
1/2 tsp chopped green onions
1 liter of chicken broth
4 sec. l. oil
salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
Wash the vegetables and cut them into random pieces. Heat the butter and fry them in it. Bring the broth to a boil and when this happens, pour the vegetables over it. Pour just enough to cover. Leave the remaining amount for the moment. Let the vegetables simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat and with the lid closed (until ready). Then puree to get a puree and add the remaining broth. Bring the soup to a boil, add cream, spices to taste and remove from the heat. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
