How To Cook Cream Of Cauliflower Soup With Onions And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cauliflower cream soup with onion and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into roses
  • 4-5 teaspoons of vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper

For garnish :

  • baked bacon, cut into cubes
  • green onion, finely chopped / only the white part /

Method of preparation :

  • Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and fry it briefly until soft and translucent.
  • Add the garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
  • Transfer the cauliflower to the saucepan and add the vegetable broth.
  • Let the soup simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until the cauliflower is completely cooked.
  • Mash until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the cauliflower cream soup warm, garnished with toasted bacon and chopped green onions.
