Chop the garlic, rinse the chickpeas with water.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add the garlic and wait for it to turn red. Then pour the chickpeas and fry for 2 minutes.
Pour the broth, cook for 10 minutes and let the beans cool a bit. Take a few spoonfuls of them for decoration, and puree the rest with a blender.
Add the cream, using as much as you want to get the consistency you prefer. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Cut the spinach into strips, put in the soup, season with balsamic vinegar and stir.
