Cut leeks into circles, pour them into a saucepan and fry in olive oil. Add the half-cooked and peeled potatoes, pour the chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes.
Wash the nettles and dill, cut them and add to the pan. Once the soup boils, leave on the stove for 5 minutes and then pour the hot cream. Wait for the mixture to boil again, remove from the heat and puree with a blender.
Season and distribute in bowls or deep plates. Garnish with dill or other green spices and serve.
