How To Cook Cream Soup Of Sorrel, Lemon Balm, Spinach And Potatoes - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 150 grams of fresh sorrel leaves
  • a few sprigs of balm
  • 100 grams of fresh spinach
  • 2 fresh potatoes
  • 150 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 150 milliliters of water
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • clove garlic
  • fresh onion stalk

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and blanch the spinach and sorrel. Drain, cool and set aside. Peel a squash, grate it and fry it. Boil some of them.

Add spinach, sorrel, chopped green onions and lemon balm, garlic to the cooked ones and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the water, cream and bring to a boil. Mash the mixture until the products are homogeneous and mix. Cool, pour into bowls and serve the soup garnished with french fries.
