How To Cook Cream Soup With Avocado, Asparagus And Sour Cream - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 50 grams of celery, chopped
  • 500 grams of chopped asparagus
  • 25 grams of butter
  • 500 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 100 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion, garlic and celery. Add the asparagus, avocado, vegetable broth. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, cool the soup, season it with cream and beat with a blender until creamy. Sprinkle portions and serve, garnished with spices of your choice.
