Required products :

  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 pepper (sweet)
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 piece chicken breast
  • 200 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 800 milliliters of water
  • 1/2 tea lentil (green or red)
  • green spices according to your preferences

 

Method of preparation :

Fill the lentils with water and place on the stove to boil.

Until this happens, chop all the vegetables and at the same time pour them into a bowl of hot fat to fry.

Once the lentils boil, simmer.

Add the chicken breasts to the vegetables, which you have previously cut into small pieces. stew everything for 10 minutes, then pour the mixture into the pot with the lentils.
