Necessary products:

 

  • 7 grams of dry may
  • 420 milliliters of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 15 grams of salt
  • 40 milliliters of sesame oil
  • 170 grams of wheat flour
  • 500 grams of white flour
  • 220 grams of a mixture of white and black sesame seeds

 

Method of preparation:
