  • 16 muesli blocks with honey
  • 100 grams of toasted coconut shavings
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2/3 tea cup sugar
  • 225 grams of cream cheese
  • 400 grams of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 packet of coconut pudding
  • 200 milliliters of whipped cream
  • 225 grams of sliced ​​canned pineapple
  • non-stick cooking spray

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a large bowl, crush the muesli blocks, add the toasted coconut, butter and sugar. Stir until mixed. Spray a tray with the non-stick spray and spread half of the mixture.
