How To Cook Crispy Pastry Crust Baskets With Meat Filling - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Crispy baskets of pie crusts with meat filling". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of pie crusts
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
  • 250-300 grams of minced meat, flavored with cumin and black pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 50 grams of frozen peas
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • a few sprigs of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare metal muffin tins and grease them with melted butter. Arrange the trays on top of each other and cut circles of equal size using a metal ring.

Arrange the cuttings, heat butter and fry the onion and minced meat. Add peas, chili, parsley, paprika and salt.

Stir in the filling and when ready, cool and fill the baskets. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake until golden. Cool, arrange on a plate and serve.
