Required products :

  • 225 grams of flour
  • 325 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 225 grams of cold butter
  • 225 grams of chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation :

Put the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda in a food processor. Combine well with the help of the appliance to obtain a dry powder mixture, this way you will grind even the finest sugar crystals.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the vanilla and eggs, mix well. The mixture will be crumbly, when the liquid is absorbed from the dry mixture, start kneading by hand, like a classic cookie dough.

Take 1 teaspoon and make 56 balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave at least 6-7 centimeters between each ball so that the cookies can spread easily and bake separately. Otherwise you will have a large biscuit in the pan. Bake for 16 minutes at 180 degrees (the oven must be preheated).

Cool the cookies, then put them in a box or bag with a zipper - this way you can store them for up to 6 weeks at room temperature.
