How To Cook Crispy Vegetable Salad With Sweet Chili Sauce And Sesame Seeds - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 daikon root (white radish)
  • 1 large juicy carrot
  • 4 medium-sized cucumbers
  • 1 sweet red pepper
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2-3 sprigs of mint
  • roasted sesame seeds for sprinkling


For the dressing:

  • 100 grams of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil


Method of preparation :

Grate the turnips and carrots using a Korean carrot grater. Put the daikon in cold ice water and dry it before mixing with the other products.

Cut the cucumbers transversely into pieces 3-4 milliliters thick, pre-cleaning the seeds.

Cut the sweet pepper in half, remove the seeds, and turn the rest into 2-3 mm strips.

Finely chop the iceberg and mint.

Mix the sweet chili sauce with the soybean and sesame oil, add a spoonful of grated ginger and the dressing is ready.

Combine the vegetables in a salad bowl, season with sauce and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle the portions with sesame seeds and garnish with mint leaves.
