Grate the turnips and carrots using a Korean carrot grater. Put the daikon in cold ice water and dry it before mixing with the other products.
Cut the cucumbers transversely into pieces 3-4 milliliters thick, pre-cleaning the seeds.
Cut the sweet pepper in half, remove the seeds, and turn the rest into 2-3 mm strips.
Finely chop the iceberg and mint.
Mix the sweet chili sauce with the soybean and sesame oil, add a spoonful of grated ginger and the dressing is ready.
Combine the vegetables in a salad bowl, season with sauce and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle the portions with sesame seeds and garnish with mint leaves.
