For the sauce:
Bring the milk to a boil, pour in the coffee, and allow to cool. Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely. Then pour 175 milliliters of boiling water over the fruit and wait until it cools completely.
Sift the flour, pour the soda into it, add the vanilla, pour the milk with the coffee and stir. Beat the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs one by one, beating. Combine the dough with the butter mixture, add the dates, and mix.
Divide the dough into suitable molds greased with oil and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the finished cupcakes to cool on a wire rack.
Make a sweet sauce by mixing melted butter and sugar to taste, heat for 3 minutes, stirring. Without stirring, add liquid cream and whiskey. Reduce the heat, let the mixture boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the vanilla, and stir.
Determine the number of sauce products according to your preferences.
Arrange the cupcakes in a suitable flat dish and pour the hot sauce over them.
