Necessary products:

  • 2 tomatoes

  • ketchup or tomato paste - to taste
  • mayonnaise - to taste
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • parsley - to taste
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation:

Soak the baguette slices in fresh milk (or water) for 5-10 minutes, then mash and mix with the minced meat. Mash the garlic, add it. Taste as desired. You can put a little soy sauce, it will give the minced meat a more delicate taste. Then add the eggs and finely chopped parsley. Mix everything well.

Cut the tomatoes into circles (the number should be as many as the meatballs). You can peel them by immersing them first in hot and then in cold water. Cut the onion and fry it for 7-10 minutes until golden, then drain the fat and transfer to a clean pan.

Grease a deep pan with oil. From the minced meat form meatballs (flatten them) and arrange in it. Finely grate the yellow cheese and carefully distribute it on all meatballs. Place in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes.
