Necessary products:
500 grams of cottage cheese
14 tsp semolina
400 ml sour cream
3 eggs
125 grams of butter
150 grams of raisins
sugar and salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, semolina, butter and raisins in a suitable bowl. Stir until smooth. Add sugar to taste (about 3-4 tablespoons are enough for this amount of products) and a little salt. Leave for 2 hours for the semolina to swell well.
Then take a pan in which to bake, grease with oil and pour the mixture into it. Give shape. Spread cream on top and bake for 35-40 minutes (until golden brown) in a well-heated oven.
The dessert is served hot with cream.
